“The first time I saw her, I just knew,” said Nate with confidence. Upon hearing his statement, Jocelyn threw back her head and laughed. “It took him a while to figure out he knew,” Jocelyn said, explaining how she and Nate dated on and off before becoming serious. But Valentine’s Day changed everything.
Jocelyn walked in the door from work on Valentine’s Day, and waiting for her was a pair of stuffed animals. Between the stuffed animals was a box. Inside the box was, you guessed it, a ring! It was then that Nate asked Jocelyn to marry him and they started planning their wedding.
Soon thereafter, Jocelyn foundĀ my profile on TheKnot.com and contacted me about shooting her wedding. I’ve had a great time getting to know her and her mom over the past couple months, and I look forward to her wedding next weekend.
